What is this and how can I get one?

I am addicted to Pinterest.  Like seriously.  I love all the wonderful things I see, and just now I came across this image:

 
 It was posted on a blog called Labores Modernas, but the author doesn't post any descriptions, and what she does write is in Spanish.  I'm hoping that this is some sort of print I can buy on the internet.  Anyone have any ideas?   

I need it.  The colors are perfect for my house.
