There comes a time when a mattress on a frame and a 9 year old bedspread just doesn't cut it anymore. As money allows, I think it's important to have a proper headboard and stylish bed linens that you aren't embarrassed for people to see if they take a tour of your house or apartment. This doesn't mean you need a $500 headboard and $400 linens, and there are some awesome options out there for every budget.
Here are some of my favorite combos, depending on your style:
What style best describes your taste in bedroom decor? The first option has both my dream bed and bedding, although option four is growing on me too!

Understated glamour all the way for me! I think my bed could use some monogrammed pillows! xo

Ahh I love all of those choices! I love understated glamour but since I have to share my room with a boy, I think in reality our bedroom would be a combination of understated and classically girly--bedding from classic, frame from glamour for a guy-friendly but still gorgeous room :)
ReplyDeleteYes! Too many people underestimate the importance of a really great bed! I love mine so much and, if I'm out past my bedtime, I will begin to thinking longingly of my comfty mattress and soft sheets. Even if I'm having a great time, I think 'I can't wait to be in my bed!' Doesn't make getting up in the mornings so easy though. ;)
ReplyDeletemy favorite is the last one! great ideas :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful boards. I think I would be the understand glamour. I LOVE that headboard and nature print bedding.
